Support for armed forces leavers and veterans
As you consider your future, it's important to look at all your options – and that's where we come in.
Making the transition to civilian life
Leaving the armed forces is a big life change, for you and your family.
First, we’ll help you identify your skills. Then we’ll show you how to use your military qualifications in the civilian job market.
The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) can offer you a support programme that’s dependant on your length of service. Together with your skills, they’ll start your resettlement and prepare you for civilian life.
Whether you’ve completed resettlement and need more guidance, or you’re a veteran looking for a career change, our career advisers can help.
Skills you need to succeed
As you prepare to return to civilian working life, you may feel you need some new skills. Taking an online course is a great way to grow your existing skillset, or simply brush up on something.
