Course description
This course runs for up to 18 months, part-time, day release for one day a week. This gives students time to complete Pa1 and Pa6 spraying certificates and emergency first aid. This may incur additional costs if a student is not on our Modern Apprentice programme.
Entry requirements
Applicants must to be employed within horticulture or a related industry and must have the ability to work at SCQF level 5 or above.
Progression
Most learners progress onto SVQ Level 3 Parks, Gardens and Open Spaces with a view to gaining full-time employment.
