Course description

Civil Engineers plan, design, construct and operate the major infrastructure systems on which our society depends including transport, water and energy systems as well as major buildings and other structures.

Scottish Higher, standard entry requirements: A,A,A,B

  • Maths A OR Maths B & 1 Science at A or B

Scottish HNC, standard entry requirements: Pass

  • HNC Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Engineering with A in Graded Unit and pass in Maths for Construction

Scottish HND, standard entry requirements: Pass

  • HND Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Engineering, with BA in Graded Units and pass in Maths for Construction
